Q:

What is your favorite project you have ever worked on?
A: "Monkey and The Rooster", which was a short-lived travel TV show in which I got to produce, write, and co-host. Shooting an episode in the Dominican Republic was an unforgettable experience, especially the part where I got possessed by a witch.

Q:

What is your most creative time?
A: Sitting on my couch with my laptop at 6:30 am, drinking insane amounts of strong Brazilian coffee and watching the birds attack the bird feeder on my porch.

Q:

When you're not plugged into work, what are you doing?
A: You can often find me in Section 106 at AT&T Park watching the San Francisco Giants. Other than that, I love exploring my adopted hometown of San Francisco on a bicycle with my wife.

Q:

What are your 3 favorite features for Adobe Production Studio?
A: 1) The new, unified User Interface.
2) Dynamic Link, which lets you drop After Effects compositions into Premiere Pro and Encore DVD without rendering.
3) Clip Notes, which is a review/approve tool that leverages Adobe's PDF technology.

Q:

How did you get started in the industry?
A: I produced my first TV program when I was a student at New York City's High School of Performing Arts. Having discovered Public Access on Cable TV, I organized some classmates and we did a live weekly show on Channel 17. Even though we had no idea what we were doing, it was loads of fun and it really got me hooked on video & film production.
