Inside Sales Professional
Total Training is an industry pioneer and leader of Adobe, Microsoft and Apple software video based training. Located in beautiful Carlsbad, California, we are rapidly growing our 11-year business and looking for a dynamic, team player for this new position.
The Inside Sales Professional proactively calls into an existing database of customers, prospects and seeks out additional opportunities for partnerships and revenue through telephone communications, referrals and internet research.
The ideal candidate will make daily transactional sales of Total Training products and services to individuals and organizations. They will also develop their sales pipeline, close sales and adhere to general best practices in developing assigned territories.
To be considered for this career position the applicant will need to possess the following attributes:
- Have 3+ years experience in web services/software/technology sales and a proven track record of sales success
- Be responsible for achieving and exceeding aggressive revenue targets
- Be responsible for following up on all leads generated within a defined geographic or industry vertical territory, qualifying potential customers and closing the sale
- Have ability to provide accurate sales forecasts to senior team members and management
- Strong command of MS Office programs and SalesForce.com is preferred
- Have an understanding of Internet and/or training/eLearning technologies
- Have great phone presence and a proven track record of success within a competitive setting
- Be a self motivated individual with strong work ethic
- Have a positive attitude and aptitude for learning/growth
- Bachelor's degree
Compensation:
Our competitive compensation plan includes a $35-45K base salary (tied to experience) +commission (no cap). Flexible benefits are also offered.
